F M Glenn completed the Southern Foreshore Footpath in association with The Rotary Club of Coffs Harbour and the Coffs Harbour City Council which has since been dedicated to the late Wayne Glenn who had been a driving force behind the Jetty redevelopment for some time prior to his passing. The footpath provides pedestrian access from the Gallows carpark past the Heritage Trolley display and through to the end of the newly refurbished Eastern Breakwall.
