Sawtell RSL Club is in the heart of Sawtell, a small coastal suburb to the south of Coffs Harbour.  The club has two levels of multi-functional spaces for all occasions.  FM Glenn Constructions was engaged to carry out renovations and refurbishments with the aim to give the club a modern functional coastal feel and to make use of all spaces.  The project involved replacing all the carpet on both levels, installing new bi-fold windows and louvres to open out onto the main street to give a street presence, new wall coverings, stone cladding, refurbishment of the dining area and bars and installation of a suspended ceiling feature in the gaming area.  The project was completed in different stages and areas to allow the club to operate as usual with minimal interruption.
