Stage 3A of The Shoreline project commenced in 2021 and was completed November, 2023.  It incorporates a four storey Apartment Building, Headland Terraces, which has 22 independent living units, and a podium.

The ground floor of Headland Terraces has a main entry foyer, lift lobby, switch room, carpark and 4 units all with large outdoor courtyards with both paved and grassed areas and landscaped gardens.  Levels 1 to 3 each have 6 units, all with large balcony areas.  There are 4 penthouses on the fourth level.  All units have 3 spacious bedrooms.

Level 1 has access to the outdoor podium which is a recreational area atop the main central carpark which also connects to Stage 2 of the project, ie Saltwater Apartments.  The podium has a walking trail, bowling green, exercise hub, community gardens, various covered seating areas one of which has a BBQ area and extensive landscaping which includes a large water feature.
