Watsons Leisure Centre is a large caravan, motorhome and campervan sales centre which is a family business that has been operating in Coffs Harbour since 1987.
The staged project involved alterations and additions to the existing Sales/Administration Building and then to the main Showroom. Another stage involved the addition of the Caravan and Camping Mega World retail space to the northern end of the showroom which also included an undercover area for display of the caravans. Staging the project was paramount to enable the business to undertake their normal day to day operations.
