Taking home the win in 2023 for the “Commercial Builder of the Year” for the MBA Northern Region, FM Glenn Constructions were invited to submit one entry for the 2024 Master Builders Association NSW State Excellence in Construction Awards. This invitation gave them the opportunity to submit one of their major projects, “The Shoreline” Luxury Retirement Living, for the “Lifestyle Living Over 55s” Category. On Saturday, 19 October, 2024 the team attended the awards night at the Star Casino in Sydney and were thrilled to receive the winning award for this category. “The Shoreline” project, which commenced in 2019, is the largest project the company has undertaken. It was an outstanding achievement for everyone at FM Glenn Constructions.
